1. Copyright clearance should always be indicated, and is always the responsibility of the author. The author retains copyright of the article itself, while allowing Back Story the right to publish and republish the paper, for instance, electronically. The authors retain the right to republish their papers elsewhere, provided that they acknowledge original publication in Back Story.

2. The opinions expressed are those of the paper author(s) and not the New Zealand Journal of Teachers’ Work. Copyright is held by individual authors but offprints in the published format only may be distributed freely by individuals provided that the source is fully acknowledged. [ISSN-1176-6662]. Final manuscripts are published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY 4.0). This licence allows anyone, including the author, to share, copy, distribute, transmit, adapt and make commercial use of the work without needing additional permission, provided appropriate attribution is made to the original author or source.

3. Interstices: Journal of Architecture and Related Arts takes a non-exclusive copyright in the papers submitted and accepted, i.e., we reserve the right to publish and republish the paper (for instance, electronically). Authors are welcome to upload their papers in published form into their institution’s research repository. They retain the right to republish their papers elsewhere, provided that they acknowledge original publication in Interstices. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish images or illustrations with their papers in Interstices; neither editors nor publishers of Interstices accept responsibility for any author’s/authors’ failure to do so.

4. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty. By publishing in Journal of Cambodian Health, the author(s) agree to the dissemination of their work through Journal of Cambodian Health. By publishing in Journal of Cambodian Health, the authors grant the Journal a Creative Commons nonexclusive worldwide license (CC-BY-NC 4.0): Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License) for electronic dissemination of the article via the Internet, and, a nonexclusive right  to license others to reproduce, republish, transmit, and distribute the content of the journal. The authors  grant the Journal the right to transfer content (without changing it), to any medium or format necessary for the purpose of preservation. Authors agree that the Journal will not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses whatsoever arising in any circumstances from its services, including damages arising from the breakdown of technology and difficulties with access.
